WCX Series Features

The series incorporates numerous design features specialising in ease-of-use and serviceability, including the following:

• 2-ply Chevron belts with nylon slider back to greatly reduce tube wear and friction.
• Added advantage of a complete clear-out to reduce the chance of cross contamination of products
• Pinch “S” drive to virtually eliminate slipping
• Plastic hood and collapsible canvas hopper to provide cushioning for fragile materials
• Industrial quality bearings on each roller to ensure correct tension and alignment
• Single seam along the top of the tube to reduce grain damage and resistance to flow
• Steel trussing (rather than cables) on models 100’ (30.4m) and longer to provide superior support with practically no sag under load
• Weather guards to provide the absolute minimum friction on the return side of the belt, increasing belt life

WCX Series Models

WCX 1500: 15” belt width (38.1cm), lengths from 49′ (14.93m) up to 102’ (31m)

The 1500 series starts with the WCX3 1549 Field Loader. This model includes all the benefits of our standard hopper belt conveyors but features an extended low-profile hopper with unique collapsible design. The hopper on this conveyor is only 20” (50.8cm) wide so it is designed for high capacity truck loading from silos with closely spaced legs. It also features a heavy duty self propelled mover with four high flotation tyres. Combined with hydraulic lift, this conveyor is very versatile and manoeuvrable and can be used for truck loading, filling multiple small silos, or filling your air seeder with seed or fertiliser. It is powered with an electric start 32HP Kohler engine and features lights and a soft starter.

The series is continued with a range of standard hopper belt conveyors, available in lengths from 67’ (20.4m) to 102’ (31m). These models are available in electric, PTO or petrol motor powered versions. Each model features a standard collapsible hopper and offers extra intake reach back into the silo so they can be used to fill and empty the silo.

WCX 2400: 23.5” belt width (59.6cm), lengths from 105’ (32m) up to 120’ (36.5m)

These big 2400 series conveyors are an alternative to the largest of augers where there is a need for big capacity and zero damage silo filling to keep up with the fastest harvest or unloading situation.

Available in 105’ (32m), 110’ (33.5m) and 120’ (36.5m) lengths, these conveyors can be PTO or electrically powered. They come standard with a large collapsible canvas hopper which alternatively can be fed with a low profile transfer conveyor, swing away conveyor or drive over hopper.

The 2400 series features hydraulic lift and steel trussing to rigidly align the tube and prevent sag. Tow hitch is also standard.

Low Profile Transfer

The WCX 1515LP (Low Profile Transfer) conveyor is the perfect partner to your longer 1500 series silo loaders. Well balanced and easily manoeuvred, it can be electrically, hydraulically or engine powered. It features a low clearance height of 9” (23cm) which makes it an easy fit under very low and older silo bases and comes with a 30” (76.2cm) x 75” (1.9m) collapsible hopper. Ideal to assist in unloading where B-Double or road trains are used to avoid unhooking.

Paddle Belt

When confinements of space do not permit the use of a conventional conveyor, the paddle belt allows materials to be moved at angles of up to 45 degrees. Featuring specially designed rubber lugs to help reduce rollback of your commodity.

Available in lengths up to 40’ (12m), these conveyors have a maximum capacity of 70 T/hour
